The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This position requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and correspondence. Conduct regular quality inspections on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders. Support construction estimating by gathering necessary data and preparing reports. Oversee the scheduling of inspections and coordinate with inspectors for timely evaluations. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction, ensuring prompt resolution. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
