FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Morrow Realty Co Inc 809 22nd Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 Morrow Realty Company is currently seeking a full-time Field Superintendent in the Tuscaloosa, Al area.

The basic function of the Field Superintendent is To supervise a given project, in all aspects as needed to successfully complete the construction of that project. To maintain and adjust the given schedule to bring the completion of that project on time and within the appropriate budget. To maintain a clean and safe job site. To build a trusting and faithful relationship with the client. To order and coordinate the delivery of materials for that project.

Other functional roles include:

Schedules subcontractors Completes daily reports Supervises the quality of work for subcontractors Brings to attention any conflicts on the job Obtains required inspections Conducts safety inspections and meetings on site Inspects and maintains in good order all tools and equipment
