Job Description:

Preconstruction Manager – Residential & Multifamily We’relooking for a skilled Preconstruction Manager to lead budgeting,estimating, and planning for residential and multifamilyconstruction projects. This role is critical to setting upsuccessful project execution.

Responsibilities:

Create and manageproject budgets and estimates Review plans, specs, and scope foraccuracy and value engineering Coordinate with design teams,consultants, and subcontractors Prepare preconstruction schedulesand presentations

Requirements:
