What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a superintendent in commercial construction (e.g. retail, hospitality, office, or light industrial) Willingness and availability to travel frequently Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills Ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and drive productivity Knowledge of construction software and project documentation.
