Summary We are seeking a Construction Office Manager to join our team at Proulx Building & Remodeling LLC. In this role, you play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our building & remodeling company. This position ensures administrative efficiency, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between field and office teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction industry. Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, change orders, and insurance certificates Track and organize submittals, RFI’s (requests for information) and other project documents Maintain office supplies Financial & Payroll Support Process accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, banking, reconciliation and job costing Process timesheets, record employee time and process payroll and related taxes Monitor budgets and assist in preparing financial reports and billing packages Reconcile vendor and subcontractor invoices HR & Compliance Maintain employee records, certification, and compliance documents Support onboarding/offboarding of employees and subcontractors Ensure OSHA and company safety documentation is up to date Requirements Proven experience as a Office Manager, administrator or similar role in the construction industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
