• ResponsibilitiesServe as the Lead PM on commercial and affordable housing projectsvalued at $8M
• 25M . Manage all phases of the project lifecycle:planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate withowners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensurehigh-quality delivery. Willhave Minimum Requirements:

5 years of experience as a ProjectManager for a commercial general contractor. Proven experienceleading projects over $8M. Comfortable using Procore and othermodern construction technologies. Local to the Greater Hartford, CTarea and able to commute to job sites across Connecticut.

IdealCandidate:

10 years in the industry. Successfully managed at leastone project valued at $10M or more. Comfortable with technology,including joining Teams/Zoom meetings and using digital projecttools. Job Offer Project Manager
