The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of construction management practices. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Manage subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project plans. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions. Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in safety management on construction sites. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation is essential for effective project execution. Experience with quality control processes to uphold high standards throughout the project’s lifecycle.
