Top North/Central CT area builder seeks a construction superintendent for their rapidly growing yet stable firm In large projects over 30 million (commercial work) You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Important projects for our client, and we need someone who knows what they are doing – and who can help them execute!
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management in ground up construction projects of over 30 million.
