We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead fieldoperations for complex, ground-up commercial projects in the NewHaven area. This role requires hands-on leadership, a sharp eye forquality and safety, and deep coordination skills from sitemobilization through final punch list. Client Details Our client isa long-standing general contractor known for deliveringinstitutional, office, medical, and mixed-use projects throughoutConnecticut. With a commitment to craftsmanship and safety, theyfoster a respectful, team-oriented environment and have strongsubcontractor relationships that help drive success on everyproject. Description Lead daily jobsite operations and manage allfield activities from groundbreaking to TCO Coordinate sitelogistics, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspectionsMaintain and drive the master construction schedule in coordinationwith the Project Manager Enforce safety policies and proactivelyidentify and resolve risks on site Ensure work is executed perplans, specs, and quality standards Conduct daily huddles, weeklysubcontractor meetings, and ensure clear site communicationMaintain project documentation, logs, and field reports Workcollaboratively with PMs, owners, architects, and inspectors todrive performance Profile 7 years of ground-up superintendentexperience.
