About the
Role:
We are partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing commercial drywall contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee drywall projects throughout the Hartford, CT area. This is a full-time, salaried position offering excellent compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities for a driven professional ready to make a strong impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of commercial drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Conduct site visits and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to specification.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
Utilize On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid for estimating and cost control.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management.
Proven track record managing multiple commercial drywall projects.
Strong working knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Valid driver’s license.
