We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and ensure our projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations at residential construction sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. [
