• Description The Superintendent is responsiblefor: Overseeing & managing Large projects from start throughcompletion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, andquality standards Developing and leading high performing teamsProviding administrative & technical support by directing the teamEnsuring high-quality, safe, and clean work that meets projectsschedules and budgets Coordinating & collaborating with necessaryproject parties Leading site personnel, providing guidance toensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performanceDeveloping relationships with clients, and maintaining open linesof communication Managing project documentation, including RFIs,change orders, daily logs, and progress reports Proactivelyidentifying opportunities for improvement Establishing andmaintaining excellent working relationships with all individualsinvolved in the project Upholding company image / professionalismProfile The right candidate has the following qualifications: 5years experience as a Superintendent with a GC Strong background inground-up commercial work along the lines of (Healthcare, public,K-12, Higher-Ed) Very comfortable running projects $15M•60M startto finish Commutable to CT area Thorough understanding of contractdocuments, drawings, specifications, construction means and method,materials, survey methods & overall construction planning and costcontrol Knowledge of construction planning and cost control Abilityto implement Lean construction principles OSHA 10 certificationrequired; OSHA 30 preferred Job Offer The Superintendent willreceive: Competitive base salary up to $180K (flexible) BonusCompany truck / vehicle allowance Mileage reimbursement Companyphone & laptop Tons of room for growth & more!
