We’re looking for a seasoned Site Foreman to lead the execution of architecturally ambitious homes, where the margin for error is zero and the pride in precision runs deep. Your Role You’re not just running a job site — you’re shaping the outcome. As Foreman, you’ll be the keystone between design, management, subcontractors, and craftsmen. You’ll drive the daily rhythm of the build, keep timelines tight, uphold exceptional quality, and make sure the jobsite reflects the excellence our clients expect. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading on-site operations from initial mobilization to final punch list Coordinating trades, managing workflow, and ensuring clear communication between field and office Reading and interpreting complex architectural and structural drawings Holding the line on high-end craftsmanship, detail alignment, and execution quality Ensuring jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times Problem-solving in real time with a calm, solutions-driven approach Guiding and mentoring carpenters, apprentices, and laborers with clarity and respect Communicating effectively with clients, designers, and consultants when required What You Bring 5+ years in residential construction, with at least 3 in a foreman or supervisory role Experience building high-end custom homes — not just production or spec A deep understanding of sequencing, finish quality, and structural systems Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficient in project management software A mindset of accountability, ownership, and respect for the craft A clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts on-site

OSHA 10, OSHA 30

preferred Fluency in blueprint and plan interpretation with a strong grasp of construction detailing and sequencing High level of layouts/installation of advanced assembly Skilled in reading and interpreting complex architectural, structural, and construction blueprints Proficient in performing accurate material takeoffs to support procurement and estimating Proficient in project controls Ability to isolate and solve problems Capable of leading and managing on-site carpentry teams, ensuring high-quality execution Highly effective at coordinating job site logistics including material deliveries, staging, manpower, and workflow sequencing Why Join Us Competitive salary Health insurance, vision, dental, 401(k) match Generous paid time off
