Project Manager – Marine Construction
New London, CT
Full-TimeOn-Site$120,000 – $150,000 /yr

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of marine construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee construction of marine structures such as piers, bulkheads, jetties, and cofferdams
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior leadership

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in marine or heavy civil construction project management
Proven track record managing waterfront infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of marine equipment, construction methods, and environmental permitting
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., HCSS Heavy Job, Primavera, Smart build)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Benefits 100% medical coverage for employee and employee’s family (no copay, not deducted from your check – 100% coverage for medical, dental, & vision)
