Serving as the primaryliaison between the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, andother project participants. Developing and maintaining projectschedules, identifying critical milestones and ensuring deadlinesare met. Establishing, tracking, and managing project budgets,including cost estimating, tracking, and reporting. Identifying andmitigating project risks and challenges proactively. Ensuringproject work meets quality standards, specifications, andregulatory requirements. Managing changes to the project scope,budget, and schedule, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Conducting site visits, observing progress, and verifying thatconstruction activities meet project requirements. Evaluatingcontractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and paymentapplications. Providing regular project updates, progress reports,and financial summaries to the owner. Profile The right OwnersProject Manager has the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degreein Construction Management, Engineering, Building ConstructionTechnology, or related field preferred 7-10 years of experience (asa PM) Project experience within life science, healthcare,government, or general commercial Experience managing projects $5Min value Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multipleprojects Strong literacy of Bluebeam and Smartsheets (preferred)Strong communication and client facing skills Job Offer The OwnersProject Manager will receive: Competitive base salary up to $160KComprehensive benefits package 401K Hybrid position – 2x days workfrom home & more!
