As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Office Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Construction Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing project documentation, and ensuring efficient communication among team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, invoices, and change orders.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to improve workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction office management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
