You’ll work directly with clients, subcontractors, and our office and design teams to ensure every detail aligns with our exacting standards. This role demands a strong leader, someone who can take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and know when to escalate decisions. You’ll need to juggle client expectations, job site management, and project timelines, all while representing our company’s values of honesty, respect, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites Coordinate with estimating, project management, and design staff Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections Maintain job site cleanliness and safety Serve as the face of the company to homeowners and vendors Ensure all work meets AR Homes’ standards of excellence Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (not commercial) Must own a reliable truck suitable for transporting materials and tools Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a small, high-functioning team Strong communication skills with both homeowners and colleagues Must align with a core culture of honesty and integrity Comfortable working with and taking direction from a female business owner Must maintain a professional presence on-site, including avoiding smoking in client homes or during customer interactions.
