This role will serve as a critical liaison between contractors, consultants, and the Owner, ensuring high-quality construction, effective coordination, and timely execution of all projects on campus. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction oversight, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, maintaining compliance with project documents, and supporting the successful delivery of facilities that reflect our commitment to excellence in senior living. This is a strategic leadership role requiring experience with large-scale capital projects, budget oversight, and complex stakeholder coordination. Construction Project Manager/Owner’s Representative Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 5+ years of construction coordination or management experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or campus-style developments. Strong knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and others. Familiarity with building systems, local code compliance, and testing/inspection protocols. Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, and/or LEED AP are preferred.
