Our company designs and builds outdoor kitchens and shade solutions. We also design and install custom fireplace wall features. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction skills, an understanding of construction management processes, and the ability to ensure quality control on-site. This role requires proficiency in various areas of construction with various tools, as well as a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site. We will train new Construction Team Leader with the above qualifications on the particulars of our industry. Duties Hands-on participation with and management of the construction team to ensure project goals are met within deadlines. Coordinate daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Utilize software to receive scheduling, and other documentation. Manage project supplies and materials and tools. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets specified standards. Communicate and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop construction strategies that meets the particular needs of individual projects. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction tools and practices.
