The candidate will assist in managing renovations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards to maximize property value. Key Responsibilities Stop in on projects and check progress Blue tape overspray/incorrectly installed items Take photos of job progress Material returns Qualifications 2 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or project coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of construction processes and building codes. High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites.
