Construction Project Manager Runner Forest Corps Palm Bay, FL 32905 We are seeking an experienced Full or Part time Project Manager/Runner to assist with house flip remodeling projects. Key Responsibilities Scope jobs meets with crews Manage contractors and vendors Monitor progress, enforce schedules, and address delays. Conduct quality inspections with blue tape Order and Return materials Take photos Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling or house flipping. Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction processes and building codes. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for site visits. Working Conditions Field-based with frequent site visits; some office work for planning. Exposure to construction environments (dust, noise). Compensation Varies on experience and if part time or full time. $30-45/hr
