We’re looking for a Full-Time Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and operations of our customers professional indoor facility. Responsibilities As the Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards Supervise the working lead. Develop work schedules, estimates & oversee safety protocols. You’ll work mostly indoors in a professional environment, ensuring a clean, functional , and efficient space. Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations. Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs. Coordinate with contractors and service advisors. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Respond promptly to facility-related concerns. The Superintendent position requires previous experience in building maintenance or a related field. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
