Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all parties. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring the project adheres to all contractual and safety requirements. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. Coordinate and lead regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any challenges or delays. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Resolve conflicts and issues in a timely manner while maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Multifamily Construction, specifically in a project management position. Proven experience managing large-scale multifamily projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and project scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software – CMIC Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations in the Miami area.
