Responsibilities:

Phone Work soliciting Subcontractors and Suppliers. Good supplier interface required. Receiving and processing subcontractor/supplier bids. Researching and tracking down unique construction products. Writing Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Client Contracts. Good Client Interface (during the buyout of the project). Good Project Manager interface. Construction Experience. Able to review construction plans. Detail Oriented. Experience in Microsoft office Suite. Creation and maintenance of Warranty Books. Review and submission of Submittals.
