The Senior Project Manager’s role is toeffectively manage Healthcare and Life Science projects, both smalland large scale, from discovery and design to development andimplementation. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for allof the duties performed by the Project Manager as well as thefollowing:

Responsibilities:

Maintains adherence to HITT’sstandards of safety Ensures the all job processes are followed inaccordance with HITT policies Negotiates terms and conditions ofcontracts with clients Monitors the progress of each projectthrough updated schedules Ensures that the project Quality ControlPlan is followed Assists that project staff in resolving scopeproblems with subcontractors Ensures proper assignment andevaluation of field personnel both within the project team andthroughout the company Identifies and negotiates time extensionswhere justified and allowed Acquires new work as well asmaintaining existing clients Maintains positive relationships withthe subcontractor community Ensures timely completion of closeoutprocess Leads the preconstruction and RFP package effort with thehelp of the Preconstruction Department and/or other companyresources Delegates responsibility when necessary to ensure thatthe project/tasks run smoothly

Qualifications:

10 years ofexperience with a commercial general contractor A four-year degreefrom an accredited university with a concentration in construction,engineering, or business is strongly preferred. In lieu of adegree, additional work experience is acceptable. Has successfullyacquired and/or contacted at least one new client Ability toexecute multiple project management efforts Proficient in Microsoftsuite HITT Contracting, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse andinclusive environment.
