Job Description

The Commercial Order Manager will be responsible for successfully project managing the full life cycle of any commercial and/or hospitality customer that is on-boarding Hotwire products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and approve SOW from Engineering, Construction and Launch groups. Ensure all schedules are being met. Ensure construction is completed and tested prior to TCO in new construction buildings. Review budget with EVP to ensure that job does not exceed the budgeted amount. Identify areas of cost savings & efficiencies for the projects. Create project plan including timelines for implementation to include engineering, construction, purchasing, marketing, customer impact and Launch scheduling. Coordinate and execute project kick off. Communicate estimated on-site operational staffing requirements. Obtain executive approval of final project plan including timelines. Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Marketing, Launch team & Operations Ensure BOM & purchases orders are issued in timely manner. Monitor customer installation progress and provide advanced warning of any potential scheduling concerns or conflicts. Periodic inspection of professional and quality representation on site. Create and lead weekly status reports to include sales penetration, construction timelines, launch status & customer feedback. Responsible for delivering on time and within budget dictated by contracts and executive parameters. Close project and ensure quality controls prior to final handoff to operations. Hold post project meeting review.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience Ability to lead, team build and support field technicians doing installation and service of all systems Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary Proficiency in MS Office software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated success in previous project management role 5% – 25% travel required
