Atlantic Southern Paving & Sealcoating (ASP)—now united with Rose Paving, a nationwide leader in pavement maintenance—is hiring! With this strategic merger, we’re expanding our capabilities and redefining what excellence looks like in the paving industry. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead and manage operations within our Concrete department. This is a key leadership role responsible for supervising crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring project success from start to finish. If you’re a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for quality and safety, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Concrete Foreman and crew operations.

Partner with Project and Production Managers to develop and execute strategic project plans.

Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Analyze and interpret blueprints; provide layout guidance and proactive problem-solving.

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specs.

Plan daily/weekly crew agendas and maintain up-to-date job site documentation.

Facilitate crew huddles, assign tasks, and uphold jobsite productivity and morale.

Estimate and order all required materials pertaining to concrete related projects.

Monitor workmanship, inspect completed tasks, and report progress accurately.

Lead personnel actions, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times.

Perform daily timekeeping and job reporting.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Duties
Maintain a safe and clean worksite in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines.

Promote a culture of professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Attend meetings to stay informed on industry practices, policies, and updates.

Report accidents or incidents to the appropriate leadership and HR personnel.

Support special projects or company initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).Minimum 3 years of concrete or construction management experienceAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field (preferred).OSHA certification (preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read blueprints and use layout tools effectively.

Proficient in job site planning, crew coordination, and time/resource management.
