Job Description

Construction Design Coordinator Seminole Tribe of Florida Hollywood, FL 33024 The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting management in the implementation of standards, guidelines, policies and procedures; providing effective reporting to management and key stakeholders; prioritizing and coordinating major Capital Improvement Project (CIP) management related activities with other departments; and developing and maintaining metrics for measuring division performance. An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree and/or Certification in Project Management is required. A minimum of three (3) years of previous experience working in engineering or construction management work performing similar related tasks is required; or, any equivalent combination of relevant education, training and experience will be considered. Ability to keep accurate records and reports and to perform assignments independently, is required. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must possess a FL Driver’s License and be able to travel to all Seminole Reservations or locally. Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays or in case of emergencies.
