The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage teams, and ensure smooth communication between clients, ownership, and the design team. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned construction projects. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, schedules, and project scope. Act as the primary liaison between clients, ownership, designers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage and supervise onsite teams, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance. Monitor project milestones and ensure proper documentation of any changes with change orders. Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and risks promptly. Ensure all work is performed per design specifications, contracts, and building codes. Maintain budget control and track project expenses. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Management or Project Management within the design-build industry.
