Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5+ years ofexperience in preconstruction and commercial masonry. Thisindividual will play a vital role in project planning, budgeting,scheduling, and overseeing masonry restoration work frompreconstruction through completion. Ideal candidates will bring astrong foundation in construction project management, a keen eyefor detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, scopedevelopment, and budget forecasting Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients todefine project objectives and deliverables Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, and costcontrols Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards,and building codes Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and qualityassurance Prepare and present project documentation, change orders, andreports Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and fieldpersonnel
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction projectmanagement, with emphasis on masonry repair/restoration Strong understanding of preconstruction processes and constructiondocuments Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, andspecifications Preferred Certifications (not required but highly valued): PMP (Project Management Professional) OSHA 30 Certification CCM (Certified Construction Manager) LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification
