In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic team of field technicians, oversee scheduling and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations and code compliance. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electricians and service technicians across commercial and light industrial work sites. Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget job completion. Manage day-to-day operations including installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair work. Maintain strict compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA safety standards. Collaborate with sales, estimating, and procurement teams for seamless project execution. Track labor productivity, manage job costing, and ensure financial targets are met. Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and service recovery. Conduct regular field audits, toolbox talks, and enforce company safety procedures. Identify inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and implement operational best practices. Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and use of service management software tools.

Qualifications:

8+ years in electrical service operations with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

Valid electrical license:

Master Electrician license strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and general electrical construction standards. Proven experience with job costing, estimating, and profitability tracking. Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with project/service software such as TopBuilder, Procore, Service Titan, or similar platforms. OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience managing both residential and commercial service divisions. Strong problem-solving skills under pressure. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
