We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GeneralSuperintendent to join our team in the EPC Utility Scale Solarindustry. As a General Superintendent, you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing the construction and installation ofutility scale solar projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and direction to the constructionteam, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, andin compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process,including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractorcoordination. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and otherstakeholders to develop and implement construction plans andstrategies. Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure thehighest level of workmanship and adherence to projectspecifications. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identifypotential issues, and provide guidance to the constructionteam. Manage and resolve any construction-related conflicts ordisputes that may arise during the project. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, andpermits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide regular progress reports to senior management,highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emergingtechnologies in the EPC Utility Scale Solar industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Superintendent in the EPCUtility Scale Solar industry. Strong knowledge of solar construction techniques, equipment,and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projectssimultaneously. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in theconstruction industry. Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
