We deliver highest level Building Experience under budget, ahead of schedule, and top-level quality – direct to our clients. We bring open book pricing and communication to the customers experience. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule daily activities of sub-contractors. Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers. Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day. Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines. Accomplish project goals by defining scope, determining/allocating required resources, scheduling staff and adjusting as needed. Perform inspections. Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

2+ years of construction supervisor. 1+ year of leadership experience. Valid driver’s license. Computer literate with email. Excellent listening and communication skills. Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
