Stay Cool HVAC (Hollywood, FL) is looking for a sharp, organized HVAC Project Manager to take the lead on high-volume residential changeouts. You’ll manage 10-15 installs a week, coordinate crews, track equipment, and ensure clean, manage permits, ensure work is code-compliant from start to finish. We need someone with 5+ years HVAC experience (install or service) and at least 2 years managing jobs or teams. You’ll get a company truck, PTO, paid holidays, and performance bonuses.
