The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation. Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage project documentation using construction management software such as ProCore. Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients and stakeholders. Ensure that contracts are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in construction project management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and techniques. Proficiency in using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Familiarity with civil engineering principles and Civil 3D software is preferred. Excellent blueprint reading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively. Experience with construction management software such as ProCore is advantageous. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
