The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of construction sites
Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities
Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction
Strong knowledge of concrete and residential construction practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
