Craft Construction Company LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to take charge of on-site operations for complex commercial projects. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and coordination on all active job sites. From the first shovel to the final inspection, you’ll set the tone for excellence, manage crews, and bring our projects to life with precision and pride. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects Enforce safety compliance and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Maintain daily logs, schedules, and quality control measures Lead jobsite meetings and communicate project updates with project managers and stakeholders Manage jobsite logistics including equipment deliveries and material staging Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards Identify and resolve jobsite conflicts and issues swiftly and professionally Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately Support inspections, permitting, and final punch list items for project closeout Represent Craft Construction with professionalism on and off the site

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and site safety Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple trades on large-scale jobs Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in interpreting blueprints and construction documents Skilled with construction management tools and technologies (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional safety training a plus Able to handle physical demands of on-site supervision and inspection Valid driver’s license required
