Description Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects,ensuring timely completion within budget. Coordinate andcollaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors toensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards,building codes, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and controlproject costs, including reviewing invoices, change orders, andprocurement. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure qualitycontrol and resolve any issues or delays. Profile The successfulcandidate will be an experienced, results-driven professional witha proven track record in construction management, particularly incomplex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. With a deepunderstanding of construction processes, they will excel incoordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards ofquality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills,the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors,and stakeholders, and a keen attention to detail. Experience inmanaging large-scale projects within sectors such as healthcare,higher education, or hospitality is highly valued.
