We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee K-12school construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is akey leadership role with a well-established general contractor,offering long-term stability, project diversity, and a strongcompensation package. Description Lead all on-site construction activitiesfor K-12 renovation and new build projects Manage subcontractors,schedules, site logistics, and job site safety Coordinate withproject managers, architects, and owners to ensure clearcommunication and timely issue resolution Ensure strict compliancewith school district building codes and inspection processesConduct daily job site walks, enforce safety standards, andmaintain cleanliness Prepare and maintain daily field reports andmanage project documentation Profile The ideal candidate will have7 years of field experience as a Superintendent in the constructionindustry, with a proven track record managing K-12 school projects.

They must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of drivingschedules while upholding safety and quality standards. Strongcommunication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential,along with experience working in occupied school environments.
