Local Construction Superintendent (Restaurant Projects)

Location:

South Florida•

Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties Compensation:

$115,000•$125,000 base + OT (FWW structure) + Mileage Reimbursement Nino Development has partnered with a premier General Contractor in Fort Lauderdale-Miami, FL on their search for an experienced and local Superintendent to oversee High End Restaurant Renovation and Addition projects in their service/warranty department in and around Broward County and Miami-Dade, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage one commercial project at a time from start to finish Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors—this is a true supervision role, not self-perform Ensure scheduling, safety, and quality control standards are consistently met Act as the on-site leader representing the GC and liaising with clients, inspectors, and vendors Drive the schedule and hold trades accountable to keep things moving on time and within scope What’s In It for

Strong compensation package: $115K•125K base salary OT pay via Fixed Workweek (FWW) structure IRS mileage reimbursement (approx. $2,500•8,000/year depending on commute)

Qualifications:
