Technical Coordinator Role Overview :
As a Technical Coordinator within our optical engineering group,you will help coordinate day to day activities around augmentedreality device assembly processes & data analysis. You will beresponsible for developing assembly schedules, communicating tasksto internal teams, and conveying progress and issues leadership.
You will also be assisting in data preparation and basic analysisfor review by the engineering and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing and maintaining technicaldocumentation, reports, and specifications. Coordinate procurement and delivery of custom hardware for R Ddevelopment projects. Organize and refine measurement data from across testplatforms. Communicating technical information to various stakeholders,including internal and external teams. Facilitate the scheduling, and tracking of complex optical assemblydesign, fabrication, and evaluation activities. Assisting with project planning, execution, and completion. Contributing to the development and implementation of improvedtechnical processes. Support the implementation and adherence to established processesand workflows. Required Skills & Experience Associate’s degree in EngineeringTechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics,or related technical discipline. 5+ years of related professional experience. Experience communicating and coordinating technical activitiesusing collaboration software tools (eg Jira, Confluence, Notion,etc.). A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense ofownership. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a provenability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonalskills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical andnon-technical teams. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringTechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics,or related technical discipline.. Hands-on experience working with optical assemblies, theirconstruction, and evaluation techniques. Familiarity with AR/VR concepts and technologies. Experience working in a research and development environment. Experience with project management methodologies and software tools(eg Jira, Confluence).
