Based in Tampa, FL (travel throughout the Southeast U.S. required) Job Overview JWC Disaster Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on, experienced Traveling Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across multiple commercial reconstruction job sites throughout the Southeast. This role requires a skilled leader to oversee field crews, ensure quality control, enforce safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Candidates with strong commercial interiors experience and the ability to travel regionally will thrive in this role. Who We Are JWC Disaster Solutions, LLC is a licensed and insured General Contractor specializing in commercial interiors, drywall, framing, painting, and specialty coatings. We serve as a trusted subcontractor in the commercial restoration market, helping businesses quickly recover from fire, water, or storm damage. Our mission is to deliver top-tier workmanship while prioritizing safety, speed, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead daily on-site operations for commercial restoration and reconstruction projects. Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on job sites across the Southeast. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at every location. Conduct daily quality and progress inspections to maintain high workmanship standards. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specifications. Schedule labor, materials, and equipment in coordination with project timelines. Maintain open communication with Project Managers and provide daily site updates. Proactively resolve job site challenges to avoid delays or quality issues. Oversee deliveries, inventory, and on-site materials management. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites. Build and sustain strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong working knowledge of commercial interiors, including framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, paint, and specialty finishes. Effective leadership and field management skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents. Excellent organization, communication, and time management. Experience coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
Tech-savvy:
comfortable using BuilderTrend, scheduling tools, and email. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
