Construction Superintendent Orion Specialists Punta Gorda, FL 33982 Construction Superintendent – Multi-Family Projects (Apartments, not Homes) !! MUST have experience with Multi-Family Builds! !! MUST have served as lead superintendent managing staff on at least 5 multi-family projects We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multi-family (apartment) projects from start to finish. Candidates must have a proven track record with reputable multifamily developers or general contractors—single-family or townhome experience does not qualify.
Requirements:
5+ years in construction, including 3+ years focused on multi-family apartments Lead superintendent on at least 5 completed apartment projects Strong leadership, scheduling, and quality control skills OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred Proficient in Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of apartment construction Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and compliance Ensure high-quality builds on time and within budget Serve as on-site point of contact for clients and consultants
