Job Description:
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of homebuilding projects from pre-construction through closing. You will be responsible for executing start packs, coordinating project plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to Coastal Pointe’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and manage preconstruction packages, including permits, plans, and purchase orders Convert start packs into detailed, executable project plans using provided software tools Maintain consistent build times and construction cycle schedules Utilize project management software 100% of the time for scheduling, updates, and reporting Ensure the use of internal construction checklists to uphold standards Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and vendors Enforce on-site safety, cleanliness, and quality control Coordinate and conduct regular internal inspections to reduce rework and delays Communicate project progress and escalate issues as needed using digital platforms
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in all phases of residential construction: pre-construction, site prep, shell, interior finish, and closing Strong digital proficiency, especially in construction management and reporting software Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
