Position Purpose:
The Area Director is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for the locations in their assigned territory. This includes and is not limited to daily operations, hiring, training, quality assurance, brand standards, safety compliance, financial goals and P&L management while maintaining company values, policies and culture. Area Director uses their leadership and adherence to company principles, values, policies and procedures to deliver high levels of customer service and guidance to their teams. This position is salary exempt and requires daily traveling to their assigned locations.

CEO Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure guest satisfaction Provide ongoing operational and training support to assigned locations
- (onsite, email, phone, video) Train new managers on site and in classroom environment Coach/mentor associate training in assigned area Drive sales and profit via training, coaching, goal setting and follow up Increase membership sales at assigned locations Manage labor via scheduling and staffing oversight Coach daily, weekly and monthly operational/safety/administrative procedures/tasks Oversee all site operations, production, labor and profitability of assigned locations Oversee procedural, operational and safety training at assigned locations Support site recruiting/hire/train/certify/to keep location staffed and trained Ensure completion daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and administrative tasks Oversee site cleanliness and safety (tunnel, equipment, lot, lobby, restrooms) Ensure all equipment and mechanicals are working to their optimum capability Drive sales, memberships, loyalty programs via coaching and mentoring at assigned locations Oversee labor, expenses, chemical and supply utilization at locations Support locations in Local Marketing and B2B & community involvement Ensure overall site appearance/equipment /brand Standards Travel to locations daily to support and mentor managers and associates Participate in Quarterly Site Evaluations Video/camera observation of locations when not on site Complete Site Visit operations summary as visit locations.
