This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that arise. Utilize construction management software such as RAKEN for project tracking and documentation. Prepare accurate construction estimates using tools like Xactimate for cost Estimation. Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks while managing potential delays effectively. Review contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met throughout the project duration. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction efforts accurately. Experience Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of construction estimating and site management. Familiarity with construction management software, particularly Raken, is highly desirable. Strong skills in blueprint reading and contract negotiation are essential for success in this role. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
