Site Development Estimator & Project Manager 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Green Cove Springs, FL Site Development Estimator & Project Manager – prepare cost estimates for large residential, commercial, and industrial projects. After awarded of the project, manage the workflow, customers’ expectations, schedules, and vendor relations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Working knowledge of Agtek Working knowledge of HardDollar, B2W, or HCSS Working knowledge of Microsoft Schedule Startup and Closeout Experience with the local government agencies 3-7 years experience Specific Duties Plan Review Takeoffs Bidding Submittal Management Customer Interaction Field to Office coordination Quantity Tracking Strong written and verbal communication skills Committed to getting the job done right the first time – and the willingness to work hard and do whatever it takes to make that happen.
