About the Role As a Project Manager , you’ll take full ownership of multiple residential pool builds—from planning through completion. You’ll act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring that every aspect of the project is executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant codes. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across multiple pool construction sites Schedule crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries Serve as the primary client contact throughout the build Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and code compliance Quickly resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or additional costs Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards Track budgets, timelines, and project performance using management software Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure seamless pre-construction handoffs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction management (pool or landscaping preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with structured, high-performance companies (e.g., Fortune 500 or regional operations) is a strong plus Solid understanding of Florida construction codes, permits, and inspection processes Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and mobile tracking apps Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-focused Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Competitive commission structure with performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Gas and technology stipends Clear paths for career growth and professional development A supportive, high-performance team environment If you’re ready to manage luxury builds, deliver exceptional experiences, and grow with one of Florida’s top outdoor living companies— we want to hear from you.
