The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols while demonstrating proficiency in using power tools and reading blueprints. Responsibilities Execute demolition tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects on time and within scope. Utilize power tools and equipment for various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and trim carpentry. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in estimating project costs and materials needed for successful completion. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in construction painting, construction management, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with construction sites and the ability to navigate them safely. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction estimating processes. Experience with roofing techniques and trim carpentry is a plus. Proficiency in operating various power tools commonly used in the construction industry. Previous experience in construction inspection is advantageous but not required.
