General Superintendent Responsibilities Manage job site safety, quality and schedule assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout. Mentor and develop field team members while effectively managing the overall team. Work collaboratively with project manager and other project team members. Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively. Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, construction managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc. Responsible for project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule. Review all project documents for constructability and content, including drawings. Maintain and update projects records including RFI’s, ASI’s and as-builts. Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with project manager. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors. Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections and agencies. Manage job site manpower and production and performance. Use Procore software effectively.
